Lake Norman Janitorial Supply was founded in Denver, NC in 2009 as a family-owned and operated business, hoping to help better serve Lake Norman and its surrounding areas. Its principal owner, Toney Loftin, has ran a cleaning serving in the area since 1980. Realizing the customers he serviced were likely being overcharged for supplies, he decided to open a supply company to provide further customer service. Since then, two of his sons, Alex and Phillip Loftin, have joined on to expand the reach of the company.

      Alex Loftin took over day-to-day operations in 2015 as Operations Manager after having served since 2011 in a salesman role in hopes of expanding the company beyond his father’s cleaning service customers. Since then, Lake Norman Janitorial Supply has extended its reach from churches and small businesses to gyms, restaurants, breweries/bars, schools, and others. Phillip Loftin, garnering a role of part-time salesman since the origin of the company, has now taken over the responsibility as Sales Manager in hopes to increase our reach throughout the Carolinas.

      As a family-run company, Lake Norman Janitorial Supply will personally make sure all of your needs and inquiries are met in a timely and accurate fashion. As such, we provide free 24-hr delivery to all customers in Lake Norman, Charlotte, and surrounding areas. Potential customers will not be required to sign a contract, ensuring we will continually strive to have a partnership that will provide solutions to your everyday maintenance needs.
